After years of dedicated apprenticeship, Mr. Lee eventually ascended to the esteemed rank of chef in his own right. He honed his skills and expanded his culinary horizons by embarking on frequent journeys to various southern provinces of China. During these explorations, he meticulously scouted spices, sourced produce from local farms, and forged enduring relationships while learning from and collaborating with renowned chefs. This invaluable knowledge allows him to meticulously assess and select the finest ingredients from individual companies to fulfill orders, ensuring that each product meets the exacting standards he upholds.
